Mexican Pita Pizzas
This is a quick and delicous lunch. Makes 6 servings.

6 whole wheat pitas 6"
16 oz. refried beans
3/4 cup salsa
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
6 TBSP fat free sour cream

1. Bake pita in oven at 400 for 8-10 minutes.
2 Put equal amounts of refried beans, salsa and cheese on each pita.
3. Put pitas back in the oven until cheese melts, about 6-8 minutes.
3. Remove pitas from ovens and put equal amounts of lettuce and sour cream on each pita pizza.
4. Enjoy.

Per Serving: 230 calories, 4 grams fat, 6 grams carbs and 19 grams protein.
